Shipping Policy

At Archer Sterling, every order is handled with attention and shipped without delay so your new pieces reach you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Shipping Times — United States, Canada, Australia & Select European Countries

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) once dispatched
  • Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 4–8 business days

Order Cutoff Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day will enter processing that same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, over the weekend, or on a US public holiday will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard tracked shipping on every order
  • No minimum spend required

All orders come with a tracking code so you can monitor your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

We currently deliver to the following countries:

United States, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

Our Shipping Partners

We use a selection of trusted carriers to fulfil orders, including:

  • USPS (Priority Mail)
  • UPS (Ground)
  • FedEx (Ground / Home Delivery)

The carrier assigned to your order is determined by your delivery location and available services at the time of dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time.

Delays & Disruptions

The vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. On occasion, delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier disruptions or service issues
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Elevated order volumes during peak periods
  • Other factors outside our reasonable control

Should we become aware of any significant delay affecting your order, we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll get in touch with you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows your order as delivered but you're unable to find it:

  1. Check with anyone in your household, neighbours, or your nearest carrier depot.
  2. Contact the carrier directly to raise an enquiry.
  3. Let us know at support@archer-sterling.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

Damaged Orders

If your order shows up damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.
